VeggieTales newest DVD is being released today!
If you love the classic story of Robin Hood, you're especially going to love this show! My family received an early copy of this DVD, and we love it! My three and six year old sons danced to the music, and actually sat quietly and watched the entire dvd. The lesson in Robin Good is about handling hurt. I love how VeggieTales keeps it silly yet simple enough for little ones to grasp the concept, while throwing in jokes and puns on the classic story lines that grown-ups can laugh at.
I especially liked the concept in Robin Good, because in a home full of kiddos of all different ages and stages of life, I feel like handling hurt feelings, dealing with "that's not fair", and problems that are bigger than they are, is something I have to referee often. This story really helps with the concept, and teaches the kids that there's not hurt too big for God!

About the show:
Theres no hurt too big for God! Robin Good has a mission - fundraising from the rich and giving to the poor! But when a greedy Prince starts stealing the townspeople’s hams, donations are down and Robin’s band of friends desert him to give robbing a try. Can Robin overcome his hurt, show his friends what’s right and restore the townspeople's hope?
The DVD also features:
An adorable short video starring Junior Asparagus: "Lenny and the Lost Birthday" plays at the start of the show before the main feature.
A digital short that is both hilarious and educational, teaching kids about what a Leap Year means: "Larry's Leapin' Leap Year". Watch it on the DVD and also here: http://www.veggietales.com/robingood
