Just A Little Creativity: Teens + Crafts + Inspiration = FashionArtProjects.com

Teens + Crafts + Inspiration = FashionArtProjects.com

With teenagers and young adults in mind, FashionArtProjects.com is home to trend based fashion ideas, home décor inspirations and other DIY designs.  Users will be inspired by projects that teach sewing techniques, how to refashion clothes and how to add fashionable details to their wardrobe and home. The projects featured use affordable fashion craft products available for purchase at Walmart.

I received a selection of fashion crafting materials seen on FashionArtprojects.com, that are available for purchase in Walmart store locations, for my teenage daughter and her friends to try (and of course I had to get my hands on it too).

One evening we dove in and customized one tank top, a t-shirt, and one cute apron using these materials:
The instructions are very clear on the back of the products, and easy to use. I absolutely suggest an adult helps a younger teen with the use of the hot iron, and at least supervises even if an older teen is using one. Each piece went on smoothly with the exception of our first attempt at the iron-on letters. The instructions on the back are a bit vague compared to the other products and we didn't know we needed to peel the letters from the paper first, and ended up messing them up. We used different letters instead after we figured out what we did wrong.

While they worked on their pieces, one of the big hits on FashionArtProjects.com was the Visualizer. In only a few steps, you can pick your surface and elements, and see what the final projects result would look like. They also have a How-To page with even more project ideas.

In the end, the teens (and the mom) were happy with the final results. With the summer heat in full force, this website and these affordable products are sure to be a hit as an indoor activity that will keep the older kids entertained!

Stay connected to FashionArtProjects.com

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
