Did someone say Nutella?
This recipe for Peanut Butter and Nutella cookies is my go-to when I need about a million cookies, super fast, and easy!
I’m heading to a Christmas cookie exchange party this weekend, and need to bring five dozen cookies.
This recipe yields approximately 30 cookies & is easy to multiply or reduce if necessary. But really, reduce? You can never have enough peanut butter and nutella, I say.
Preheat oven to 350
Ingredients-
1 cup of Nutella
1 cup of Peanut Butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
To Bake-
Mix all ingredients well.
Form into 1″ balls and set on un-greased cookie sheet.
Press down the top with a fork for the ridges.
Bake 7 minutes.
Because the centers will be soft when first taken out of the oven, let cool completely before removing from the cookie.
Makes approx 30 cookies

What temperature do you put the oven at? I currently have them in at 350.

Yes, 350- I guess it would help to have that in the recipe, I'm adding it now, lol 🙂

Those look so good. I want to make those for Christmas Eve. I am going to be featuring it tomorrow night at my Winter Blues Wednesday party (Fall into Fall). The party will be opening Wednesday at 12:01am instead of Tuesday night at 8pm EST because I am participating in the blogger day of silence tomorrow. Please stop by and pick up an I've Been Featured button. Thanks.
