The kids are having a great time with him. Like I said before, we don't do the "touch the elf and he looses his magic" story. That's just our personal preference, but if you do that with your kids, rock on, no judgement here.
Day 9- Snowball fight with the Fisher Price Little People
Day 10- Reading every Christmas book in the house
Day 11- Perfecting his indoor kite flying skills
Day 12- Just hanging out under the umbrella in the shower
Day 13- Doing a little Christmas painting
Day 14- Hanging from the ceiling fan under the mistletoe
Day 15- Scaling the chalkboard to countdown to Christmas
Day 16- Hiding in the spare change jar. Smart elf.
Day 17- Chilling with baby Jesus and Ralphy

These are all very cute ideas! I have seen quite a few Elf on the Shelf ideas that were not very child-friendly, but so hilarious. Facebook has become the jackpot for Elf on the Shelf parody images.
