Here’s an easy creamy corn casserole recipe for you, it’s a perfect side dish. It’s actually one my teenage daughter Arah brought home a few years ago from her Grandmother, and it’s become a family favorite ever since.
2 cans of yellow corn (drained)2 cans of white corn (drained)
Spray 9×12 baking dish with non stick spray
Pour corn into baking dish
Cube cream cheese and butter, lay evenly spaced on top of the corn
Evenly space sliced jalapeño on top of corn, and add reserved jalapeño juice
Remove from oven, stir, and serve
