Spring is a great time to get outdoors with the family, but we all know the weather is unpredictable and there will be times when we’re simply stuck indoors. A fun activity when this happens is a movie day (or night) in! Mine always like making indoor tents with dining chairs and a sheet to watch their movie in. Throw a few blankets and sleeping bags inside, and they always think it’s fantastic. As for the movie choice, a great go-to for my family was always VeggieTales. The things I love about VeggieTales are that you can watch it as a family, learn valuable life lessons together, and of course sing along with those silly songs of Larry’s.
In the all-new DVD, Puppies and Guppies, kids will laugh while learning what it means to be responsible and kind to others. The DVD provides 8 new stories from the Netflix original series, VeggieTales in the House, a 2015 Daytime Emmy® award nominee in the Pre-School Children’s Animated Program category.
The VeggieTales in the House version of VeggieTales looks a little different than the traditional shows, not in value or quality. It’s more along the lines of Saturday morning cartoons, very colorful and fast paced. The kids really enjoy it.
