No-Bake Oatmeal M&M Bites

August 8, 2014 by Molly

As my kids have grown older, I’ve found myself spending so much more time in the kitchen than I used to be able to. It’s been fun discovering new recipes and a passion for cooking I never even knew I had. With the kids starting back to school, I’ve experimented with recipes from here and there across the internet and have created a great after school snack- No-Bake Oatmeal M&M bites. Yummy!

I didn’t realize I’d become a fan of stainless steel in the kitchen.  I don’t mean the appliances, I’m talking about the stuff you use to prepare and cook with. My thoughts were always that one type of bowl is the same as the other. Not so. Over the years, I’ve been able to collect a set of mixing bowls, cookware, and my newest favorite- KitchenMade™ stainless steel measuring cups.
Why do I like them?
Other than the fact that they’re bright, shiny, and new and I’ve been using plastic dollar store measuring cups until now?

Like my other stainless steel kitchenware, this set of measuring cups will last a lifetime. They’re an investment that you’d only have to make once. They’re heavy duty made of top quality polished stainless steel, and if I can part with them, I can pass them on down to my daughter one day. Or I can just buy her a set of her own (they retail for $26.99 on Amazon).
The set of six nesting measuring cups measures in mls and cups, and they’re engraved on the handle and side of the cup so markings will never rub off. They’re commercial kitchen grade, but will make any home baker happy.

For this No-Bake recipe, they work great because it calls for measuring liquids and dry ingredients.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
