When you’re decorating for Christmas, don’t overlook your outside doors and windows. Using this unique decorating idea, you can have fun Christmas designs on your glass doors and windows in seconds!
Cutting Edge Stencils has an amazing holiday stencil collection available, and I knew the 18×18 inch Christmas ornament design would be prefect for this project.
Along with the stencil, all you need to create unique decor on your home is and glass spray snow and blue painters tape.

Clean your glass door or windows according to the manufactures directions on the spray snow. When it’s dry, use blue painters tape to tape the stencil to the glass, and simply spray the snow through the stencil.

When you remove it, your design should be crisp and clean. Wipe away any over spray on the sides, and you’re done. Make sure you clean your stencil right away with water so that the snow doesn’t dry on it.

This turned out so well on the door, that our Elf on the Shelf decided to do the same technique on our bathroom mirrors, and the results were great!

The holiday collection at Cutting Edge stencils has several designs to choose from. I really liked the reindeer design, and almost chose that instead of the ornaments.

I like the peace and joy stencils. Pretty print too!
I like how you did the door.
I LOVE these soooo much! I like the one you used and the trees, and the Peace and Love. I'd love to use these where I work- we've got a lot of glass. And I'd use these like crazy all around the house, on my car windows…everywhere!
Very creative. Good job!

They do have a lot of cute holiday stencils but what I really like is the Freedom! stencil. It's a bunch of birds escaped from a cage. I think that would be great for our dining room.
