100 Devotions, 100 Bible Songs Childrens Book *GIVEAWAY*

November 22, 2011 by Molly

My three year old loves music! He’ll entertain himself by singing songs he’s learned at church, and dancing around the room. Sometimes he waves flags, ribbons, crepe paper streamers, whatever he can find while he dances.
My six year old loves books, the more colorful the better. While he’s only just learning to read simple words, we enjoy sitting some evenings and reading together.
Our new book 100 Devotions, 100 Bible Songs (Read & Sing) is a great combination for both boys. This book offers two music CDs featuring 100 songs, and 100 simple Bible devotions for kids that coordinate with the music.
The songs take me back to my early Sunday School days. Remember “This Little Light of Mine” Yep, it’s in there. I realized that my kids didn’t know many of these songs, but since we’ve been playing the CDs in the car, they’ve learned
them quickly. Little Man’s favorite song is “I Wanna Throw Up My Hands” while J-Man’s is “Joshua fought the Battle”

I like that I can sing along and teach the hand motions to the songs I remember from my childhood.

100 Devotions, 100 Bible Songs – Kids can read, sing and learn while they spend time with God!

*ages 4-8
*Children can read a devotion (100 of them!), sing a beloved song and say a prayer all while learning and spending time with God
*Great for school, bedtime or anytime in between!
*Includes 2 full-length CDs of music
*Helps kids get in the habit of daily devotions with praise, prayer and scripture

Do you teach the little ones in your life songs from your childhood? What is your favorite you love to hear them sing today? Leave me a comment to let me know, and enter to win your own copy of 100 Read & Sing Devotions 100 Bible Songs. Giveaway Over

Thanks Tommy Mommy! I have been provided a free copy of this book and CDs to review through Tommy Mommy. I am not required to give a positive review, and my opinions given are 100% my own.

We are singing all day long at our home…I make up songs all the time and instead of asking them to do something, I sing it to them!!! (I borrow melodies from well known songs) We are now learning some Christmas carols so we can go caroling as a family…Music is so important and we start off each day in song!

From Toy Story, our 4 yr old son has picked up the song, "You've got a friend in me". But somewhere in the middle it morphs into "I have a dog named Dunlop. But sometimes I call him Barbara." Right now we are learning "O Little Town of Bethleham" for choir at church. There may be some improv on the lyrics in that one as well 🙂
