My June To-Do Goals {Mission of the Month}

June 2, 2012 by Molly

Mission of the Month

I’m such a list girl. If I have it written down, I’ll remember to do it. If I don’t, chances are it will slip my mind completely, or I’ll remember at the last minute and stress myself out. You should see my grocery lists, they’re not for the faint of heart.
This month I’m going to join Mama Jenn on her Mission of the Month project.
It’s simply setting goals, posting them on my blog for accountability, and checking them off as I accomplish them.
And, hopefully, inspiring you to do the same. Get creative if you have to, but make a list, and check it off, you’ll feel so good as you see your time being managed properly!

 Personal:
  • Get at least 7 hours of sleep most nights
  • Eat more healthy, cut back on the junk food
  • Read my Bible more consistently
  • Make appointment for eye exam
Family:
  • Assign chores and be consistent having the kids do them
  • Find a book to read out loud with the kids
  • At least two date nights with Dave
  • Plan Summer activities
Projects/Home:
  • makeover dresser
  • finish pantry door
  • fix Lego table
  • find two new healthy recipes and try them
Those are all the only “big” goals I’ll set this month. We’re going on a family trip at the end of June, so planning and packing for seven people for that may set me back a bit.
But, check back at the beginning of July to see how well I did.
Feel free to share your to-do list with me too! Leave me a comment with a link if you make them and post them, I’d love to check it out!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the index cards! I am the same way…if I don't write it down, chances are I won't remember it 10 minutes later! LOL! Thanks for linking up!

Stopping by from Mama Jenn's– Thanks for the reminder to get more sleep!! (PS: I feel like every table in my house has been deemed a "lego table"!!)

Hi! I am Alesha from Blessed to be a Blessing. I'm one of the co-hosts from the Summer Fun Carnival. I wanted to make sure that I am following all of you before we really get into this thing! I'm really excited to work with you, to possibly have you guest post, and to get to know you this summer!
