My {Random} Weekly Pinterest Favorites

August 30, 2013 by Molly

We all do a lot of Pinning these days, yes?
It’s become part of my morning routine (and afternoon, evening, ahem…) and I have a feeling I’m not the only one.
Anyway, each Friday I want to start sharing some of my most favorite random Pinterest finds of the week. I’ll always link to the direct source so you can make sure to go check them out.
And, if you’d like to follow me on Pinterest, I’d love to see you there!

If you’d like to brag a bit because you’re awesome and I’ve featured you, you can grab a featured button for your blog HERE.

Shall we begin?

Cucamelons (I’ve never heard of these, have you?) Precious.
You can buy the seeds from SeedShop on Etsy

Crock pot creamy tomato soup. This recipe is found at one my most favorite foodie websites, Skinnytaste.com

DIY Box and Arrow table from Look What I Made.
Because boxes and arrows are awesome, enough said.

Juniper & Roses shared her technique for this ah-mazing mellow yellow table. Like vintage colors? Yeah, me too, which is why I love this table.

For the kiddos, especially my seven year old who wants to be an astronaut (but is scared to go on the Buzz Lightyear ride at Disney), this DIY rocket toy is perfect. Seriously, I wish I’d thought of it, but I didn’t, that credit goes all to the lovely blog Hellobee. Go check her out, she’s great!
While I’m the subject of awesome creative ideas I wish I’d thought of, how about this reverse vinyl lampshade tutorial from DIY Showoff? Oh, it’s definitely worth showing off, check out her post for the full instructions. You’ll be surprised how easy it is!

And some final food for thought. A bit of truth perhaps? I found this perfectly imperfect minion at the bog of one of my favorite authors, Robin Lee Hatcher. She wrote an inspirational post called “Is there a Good Habits Limit?”
Please go read it, you won’t be disappointed.

Until next week friends, enjoy!
