The Method of Marbling *Martha Stewart Living* {Prize Package GIVEAWAY Winner Announced}

March 11, 2014 by Molly

“I’m participating in a promotional campaign for Martha Stewart Living magazine, and have been given a promotional item as a thank you. My stated opinions are 100% my own”

Have you had the opportunity to check out the newest edition of Martha Stewart Living magazine yet? The Spring Color Issue is available on newsstands and iPad now (March, 2014).
As always, in this edition you’ll find many great living, food, and craft ideas. I found that one of the most unique features in this particular magazine is the method of marbling.
Until now, I’ve never really heard of marbling being used for anything other than children’s crafts.
However, I realize I was wrong. It’s a beautiful technique that can be used as a decor focal point in your own home.

“Marbling with simple craft paints is your opportunity to try something free and loose, colorful and creative. This one simple process works to adorn paper, fabric, or leather – and brings personality to many corners of your home.”

Marbling can potentially be a complex art form, but as you’ll see in the newest magazine or online, beautiful results can also be accomplished quite easily with something as simple as a coffee stir stick.

One lucky reader now has the chance give marbling a try on their own, when they WIN a Martha Stewart Living prize package!
Prize Package Includes:
  • One copy of the March Martha Stewart Living issue
  • One 10 pack of Martha Stewart Crafts acrylic paint
  • One 8 oz. bottle of Martha Stewart Crafts Durable decoupage.
