Cubs are Gonna Win Today!
How about those Cubs! We love sports in our family, and baseball is one of our favorites. We’re so excited to be watching our team in the World Series this year! My husband is from Chicago, and he is like a kid at Christmas right now. It was fun watching his Cubbies win their first National League Pennant since 1945. We of course want them to go on and win the World Series this year, but even if they don’t, it’s so exciting seeing them make it this far. Love them or hate them, you’ve got to admit that the Cubs fans are some of the most loyal!
If you’re hosting a World Series party, or simply a Cubs baseball party for your kid, these two free printable will make great decor.
First is this bunting banner.
Simply download and print as many of these triangle pennants as you’d like. I recommend printing on a heavyweight paper like card stock.
I cut mine with a paper cutter used for scrapbooking and punched holes in the corner with my three hole punch.
You can use the pennant as a pattern, and also cut triangles from red and blue.
String them together on twine or ribbon, and hang in your party space.
The table decor has the lyrics of the Cubs song.
The printable is ready to print & frame on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. You could set this on a food or drink table, or even by the cake or cupcakes.
