With four boys, I like finding toys that will keep them entertained. They all like different types, so sometimes it’s hard to find a particular toy that they all love. We were given a Hot Wheels Nitro Speeder toy to try out, and let me tell you, ALL of them have been fascinated by it. The two younger boys giggle and run from it as it speeds by while the two older ones take turns driving it.

These little cars are truly very fast. I definitely would adhere to the 8+ age recommendation. My 5 year old has driven it, but he usually runs it straight into something. They are small, so you wouldn’t want a very young child to put it in their mouth. My older boys have not had any problem driving it. Well, except the time Big B drove it under the stove by accident, but we were able to recover it. 

Here’s a quick video of my son just to show you how easy this little toy it, and the speed it can reach very quickly. He also, as you’ll see, likes making it do donuts.

    The fact that you have FOUR boys and are still sane is amazing to me .. my ONE boy .. well, let's just say that if he had been born before his three sisters, he wouldn't HAVE any siblings – they are a LOT of work! 🙂

    I loved those big Barbie heads that you could put "make-up" on & fix their hair. They always looked scary after they were made up, but I loved them still. I have all boys, so I look forward to Granddaughters someday to share all the girly toys I loved when I was young:)
