If you’re ready to conquer the winter blues, but aren’t quite ready for Spring yet, you can still add a little green to your home with these DIY terrariums.
Someone recently asked “How do I decorate for February without just decorating for Valentines?”
It’s a actually a great question. Because February is right in between Winter and Spring, it can actually be a tricky thing to find a good balance.
My suggestion was to begin by using natural woods, warm neutral colors, and a lot of live green plants to your space. If you’ve got a black thumb, no worries, you can find some beautiful faux greenery these days that will fool anyone into thinking your a true plant lady (or guy).
Terrariums can be really fun conversation pieces, they bring a bit of nature into your home, and are especially wonderful for small spaces.

Right now, Dollar Tree has inexpensive terrarium globes you can use to get started, and Amazon sells terrarium kits with all the other necessities.
