I’m linking up with A Daily Dose of Toni’s 30 Days About Me Project.
Again, I’m lumping the last few days worth of posts into one.
All this goodness in one post, how can you stand it?

Day 7- A photo that makes you happy
I was going to put a cute picture of my kids or an entire family portrait, but I have so many that make me happy I couldn’t pick. So, I went an entirely different direction with this one.

Day 8- Something you hate
Spiders, unless they’re far away & I can watch them spin a web.
That’s pretty cool. In my house, not so much.

Migraines. O. M. G.
Tornadoes. Freaky. I have re-occuring dreams about them.
It probably means something.
Day 9- Something that makes your life easier
My iphone simplifies so much for me. I’m not sure sometimes if it makes life easier, or just more convenient and complicated at the same time.

Also, my friend and nanny Jen, who comes to the house and helps out three days a week with housework, the kids, cooking, and anything else that needs to get done. She’s like Mary Poppins to our family.
My girl, me, and Jen.
Somehow, I look the tallest out of both of them, when I am in fact the shortest.
Day 10- A photo taken over 10 years ago of you, and a current one
Then 2001 and Now 2011
Day 11- Favorite Band/Artist
Picking one is too hard to do, I listen to so many genres, so here are my current Top10

Day 12- Something you are very particular about
At first I thought that I wouldn’t be able to answer this one because of course I’m not very particular about about anything. Then it occurred to me that I actually am.
The way clothes hang in the closet. They are hung by type, then color.
On the left side of my closet are tank tops, then t-shirts, nicer dress shirts, long sleeve shirts, with jackets at the end.
The middle of my closet is divided by jeans, then church pants.
The right side is short skirts, then long skirts, then summer dresses and winter dresses.
Maybe that’s weird, maybe not. I don’t think my kids appreciate it much, because I’ll make them rehang stuff in their own closets if it’s not done “right”. Ugh, I’m actually making myself crazy even writing this.

Yeah, this isn’t my closet, but it’s exactly what I would have mine look like if I could.

Love the pic that makes you happy! It's an awesome choice!
Stopping by via 30 Days…
This was very interesting to read…I love the closet, Jen seems like a Godsend, and you and your husband look younger now then you did 10 years ago, I am with you on not liking the migraines 🙁
Thanks for this post
I am in love with your "optimism" photo! Phones do help make things better…most of the time ;] But, what I love the most is that picture of the closet…oh how nice that would be! :]

When I had a bigger closet I was totally like that. Now that I have a teeny closet I put things where I can!
